SUCCESSION PLANNING 

Succession planning is a necessary component of an organization’s leadership planning.  Our consultants can proactively facilitate a staff-board plan that builds leadership, documents knowledge, and positions your organization for long-term success and sustainability.  (When necessary we also provide “just-in-time” succession services.) 

MERGER SUPPORT

Our consultants play the roles of facilitator, content experts, and coach throughout all phases of the merger including “breaking the ice” conversations, exploring options, conducting due diligence, having productive but difficult conversation, making (sometimes unpopular) pivotal decisions, and engaging in negotiations that are advantageous for as many stakeholders as possible. Our consultants provide leadership coaching throughout this often-difficult process.
