Lingling joined Strategy Matters in 2016 as a Consultant. Previously, she was a graduate intern for Strategy Matters while she completed the macro practice Masters of Social Work (MSW) program at Boston College, where she focused on promoting social justice, and making systemic and sustainable social change through social innovation, leadership, and political advocacy. While completing her Masters degree, she also worked with the Salvation Army where she gained experience in front-line work, program planning, and other community-based activities.
Before coming to the U.S., Lingling worked in Hongzhi Education Promotion Fund in China as the executive assistant. In this position, she collaborated with the board, participated in strategic planning, and also partnered with schools and impoverished families in rural areas in China. Lingling received her Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics in Sichuan University, China in 2012.
