Brittney joined Strategy Matters in September 2016. She is a project team leader in supporting clients through change processes, specializing in those centered on building more equitable organizations and strategies. Brittney is skilled at managing group dynamics and has focused on building leadership skills and strong relationships in her work with clients. In her Director role, Brittney works to ensure that clients are experiencing a clear, cohesive, and refined approach to planning. Prior to joining our team, Brittney worked with startups and small businesses to engage diverse communities, broker partnerships, and manage customer experience. She also served as a project manager at EdVestors, a school change philanthropy, where she worked collaboratively with teachers, artists, and administrators. Brittney has a BA in Business Management and English Communications from Emmanuel College and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
