The Sergeants' Leadership Program
What can TSLP do for you and your department?
Sergeants are critical to the success or failure of your community's public safety strategy.
They are the largest group of leaders in the chain of command and they are the managers, teachers and coaches of your patrol officers and detectives.
To make sure your sergeants are working in line with your goals, the TSLP will provide new sergeants with the leadership skills and competencies they need to make a successful transition from buddy to boss.
What's in TSLP Training?
